Great staff. Very nice and polite. Some language barriers but was ok.Hotel was clean most of the time. Could use some cleaning under the beds. Had a cockroach in our room. But we understood this happens sometimes in hotels.

Mostly all the staff spoke Spanish being English-speaking it made it difficult. The front desk had one person that spoke English.

All meals were mediocre to good. Staff was generally very good to excellent, with the exception of the "entertainment director," who appeared to be anti-North Americans.
