Tesoro Ixtapa All Inclusive

I really enjoy the pool and definitely one of my favorite things to do was going to the snack bar.

breakfast was good

Great staff. Very nice and polite. Some language barriers but was ok.Hotel was clean most of the time. Could use some cleaning under the beds. Had a cockroach in our room. But we understood this happens sometimes in hotels.

All meals were mediocre to good. Staff was generally very good to excellent, with the exception of the "entertainment director," who appeared to be anti-North Americans.

Food standard was below our Expectations.
